Photo Contest Entry Form

 Black Flag Metal will be selecting 5 entries in the Alachua County area. The selected owners will receive one of our “No.” style house numbers. You can choose your style, color, and orientation. (See below) This is a gift. Free of charge. In exchange we ask for your permission to photograph your house for marketing purposes.  

Have a friend with a beautiful house? Tag them. Entries must be made by the homeowner.
